As of June 1st, 2023 O'Hare Airport has changed the pick up for ALL regional shuttles. All passengers riding to O'Hare Airport must get off at Terminal 2 or Terminal 5. All passengers riding from O'Hare airport MUST pick up at the Multi-Modal Facility. The Airport Transit system transports to and from the terminals leaving every 3-5 minutes and the trip is between 7-12 minutes total depending on which terminal you are traveling to and from.
